Arrow is a white noise geneator, which can be used as sound generator to simulate dead tv channels sounds, coupled with a phaser or a modulated filter can simulate hurricanes wind storm sounds, adding some delays and tweaking the sound of waves crashing down, plus other sounds.

The Arrow is a sound generator so is output only, no external instrument can modify it sounds.
